Mission
Lumeyrie exists to reduce uncertainty around AI and digital infrastructure investment through evidence-based intelligence: replacing weeks of manually chasing power capacity, grid connection points, planning history, environmental constraints, and transport access with a structured, evidence-backed answer, so investors, developers, agents, and landowners can prioritise a pipeline by evidence instead of guesswork.
Vision
Today, Lumeyrie tells an investor or agent whether a specific site is worth taking seriously, and is building toward telling them what that site could become. That’s where things stand now, not where the ambition stops.
The long-term vision, and it is a direction to grow into rather than a claim about where the product is today, is for "run it through Lumeyrie first" to become the default first step of UK AI and data-centre site screening, the same way a title search or a valuation is now a default step in property transactions, before expanding, deliberately and evidence-first, into adjacent evidence-readiness domains and adjacent jurisdictions, Great Britain first.
Why the evidence discipline matters
No AI-magic claim: every figure in a Lumeyrie report traces to a named source, a DNO dataset, a planning register, a land registry title. If a domain isn’t evidenced, the report says so instead of guessing.
That’s not a slogan, it’s the actual design constraint behind every score Lumeyrie produces. A headline number is never allowed to quietly launder a guess into a fact. Where the evidence is thin or missing, the report marks it as thin or missing, plainly, rather than smoothing it over with a plausible-sounding estimate.
Honesty about scale
Right now, Lumeyrie is built and run by one person, and Richard doesn’t pretend otherwise. Fair question if you’re wondering why that should reassure you rather than worry you: what it buys you is someone who actually built the thing answering your questions directly, not a support queue, and no venture-backed burn rate pushing volume-at-any-cost or an incentive to inflate an early pilot into a "traction" story. It also means a fixed, transparent price floor rather than an opaque "contact us for enterprise pricing."
What it doesn’t buy you yet is a company with headcount and continuity if Richard is unavailable, and that’s a real, current limitation worth saying plainly rather than overselling.
What Lumeyrie deliberately is not
Not an architectural or engineering design tool. Not a planning consultant. Not a legal, insurance, tax, or valuation adviser. Not a guaranteed grid-connection or planning-consent predictor. Not a replacement for commercial agents, architects, planners, engineers, acoustic consultants, insurers, underwriters, brokers, or lawyers.
Lumeyrie’s job is narrower and, we think, more useful: tell you what the evidence actually shows before you spend real time and money finding out the hard way.
